"I'm a 68-year-old male, 5'9", 160 pounds. I've worked out regularly for 30+ years, was a long-time runner, and considered myself fit. I've been training with Sean for over three years. Within the first six months I lost 20 pounds and built more muscle mass than I've ever had in my life. The results have been nothing short of amazing. Sean developed a comprehensive training program consisting of a targeted macro-focused food plan and workout regimen. Not only have I maintained the results for three years, but we continue to build on it. My muscle mass, performance stamina, and aerobic capacity continue to increase. I recently achieved my 14% body fat goal, and I'm planning to reduce it by a few more points. Sean and I are working on a plan for "what 70 looks like". I intend to have more muscle mass, lower body fat, dramatically increased aerobic capacity, with a goal to be in even better condition than I am today. Working with Sean is truly a partnership. He develops a weekly tailored exercise program which includes how-to videos, sends motivational and helpful hint emails regularly, maintains a weekly check-in call in addition to the in-person session, and is always available to provide clarification on exercises. I'm not an athlete, but I know by working with Sean I'm training for a healthy and long life."
