Meet Your Coach

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

I spent years figuring out what actually works — not what looks good on paper, not what sells supplements, not what the algorithm rewards. What actually works, for real people, with real lives.

That obsession became ARC. And now it's what I build for every single client I work with.

Why I Coach

I left commercial gyms on purpose.

I started my career in commercial gym settings, and I was good at it. But I kept running into the same ceiling. You'd get 50 minutes with a client, hand them off, and hope they did the right things the other 23 hours of the day. There was no real system. No continuity. No way to actually ensure the result.

I saw clients who were working hard — genuinely putting in the effort — but spinning their wheels because the support structure around them wasn't built for their life. They'd make progress in the gym and then undo it with habits they didn't know how to change. And I couldn't do anything about it from where I was standing.

So I built something different. I built ARC.

ARC is the system I wish I had when I started. It's not just a workout program. It's a coach-led environment where training, nutrition, accountability, and habit development all work together. Where I can actually see what's happening, adjust in real time, and stay with you until the result is yours to keep.

What I actually believe about this work:

  • Most people don't fail because they lack discipline. They fail because they lack a system designed for their actual life.
  • The best program is the one you can execute consistently — not the most sophisticated one on paper.
  • Nutrition is not a punishment. It's fuel. And learning to eat in a way that supports your goals without making you miserable is a skill, not a sacrifice.
  • Recovery is not optional. Sleep, stress management, and active rest are part of the program — not separate from it.
  • The goal is never a 12-week result. The goal is a body and a set of habits you can maintain for the rest of your life.

How I Coach

I'm not a program delivery service.

I hear this a lot: "I've tried programs before and they didn't work." And honestly? I believe them. Because most programs are designed to be sold, not to produce results. They're generic. They're not built for your schedule, your stress levels, your injury history, or your actual relationship with food.

When you work with me, the first thing we do is figure out you. What does your life actually look like? What's your training history? What have you tried before and why didn't it stick? What are the real obstacles — not the ones you think you should say, but the actual ones?

Then I build a system around those answers. Not a template. A system. And I stay with you while you run it — adjusting, coaching, and pushing you when you need it.

Personalized Programming

Every training plan is built around your goals, your equipment, your schedule, and your body. Nothing is copy-pasted.

Nutrition That Fits Your Life

No meal plans that require you to eat chicken and broccoli six times a day. A framework that works with real food and real social situations.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every week, I review your data, your feedback, and your progress. If something isn't working, we adjust — before it becomes a problem.

Real-Time Communication

Questions don't wait for a scheduled call. You have direct access to me, and I respond within 24 hours. Always.

Form & Technique Feedback

Send me a video of any exercise, any time. I'll review it and give you specific, actionable feedback — not generic cues.

Habit & Mindset Coaching

The physical work is only part of it. We work on the behaviors, beliefs, and patterns that determine whether results last.

Living the Philosophy

I train the way I coach.

I compete in triathlons. I lift heavy. I prioritize sleep and recovery like my career depends on it — because it does. I'm not asking my clients to do anything I'm not doing myself.

Who I Work With

This is for people who are done with temporary.

My clients are busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and high performers. People who are good at their jobs, good at their lives — but have let their health slip because there's always something more urgent. They've tried the 30-day challenges. They've bought the programs. They've started and stopped more times than they want to admit.

They come to me when they're ready to stop treating fitness like a project and start treating it like a system. When they want a coach who takes it as seriously as they do. When they want a result that actually lasts.

I'm not the right fit for everyone. If you're looking for a quick fix, I'll save us both the time. But if you're ready to commit to a 20-week process, show up for your check-ins, and trust the system — I will get you there.

You're a good fit if:

  • You have a demanding schedule and need a program that works around your life, not against it
  • You've tried things before and want to understand why they didn't stick
  • You're ready to invest in yourself — not just financially, but in terms of time, effort, and consistency
  • You want a coach who communicates, adjusts, and stays with you — not one who sends you a PDF and disappears
  • You're playing a long game and want results that are still there in 5 years
