The Founder's Story

I built this because I kept seeing the same thing.

Capable people, stuck in a loop. No direction, no system, no understanding of what was actually keeping them from the result they wanted. Focused on one metric while the full picture stayed out of reach.

I'm Sean — coach, athlete, and the person who built ARC Wellness Training because I believe lasting change requires more than a program. It requires a system, a coach who pays attention, and the habits that make the result stick long after the work is done.

The 20-Week Transformation Program is everything I've learned about what actually produces change — built into a structure that works for real people with real lives.
